This notice explains how TreadmillToPace handles information when you use this running-pace calculator. It describes the service as it currently operates.

Calculator inputs and accounts

You do not need an account. Pace and speed inputs are calculated in your browser. Our calculator code does not send those inputs to a server, save them to browser storage, or create a user profile. We do not currently offer registration, saved workouts, payments, analytics, or live advertising.

Hosting and security information

The site is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and security signals. Hosting providers may keep operational or security logs and use security cookies. These processes are separate from calculator inputs. Provider retention periods and processing locations are governed by their services; we have not independently verified their full internal retention schedules.

Cookies and advertising

Our calculator does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie such as __cf_bm to detect automated traffic and protect the site. Your browser settings can control cookies, although blocking security cookies may affect access.

Google AdSense is not currently enabled. Advertisement boxes are reserved spaces only. We will update this notice and implement applicable consent controls before activating advertising. No advertising consent is requested or recorded by this version of the site.

Planned Google advertising

If Google advertising is enabled in a future version, Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies and similar technologies based on visits to this and other websites. These technologies can support ad delivery, measurement, and personalized advertising. You can manage Google's personalized advertising at My Ad Center and read how Google uses information from partner sites. Additional participating vendors and applicable choices will be disclosed when the advertising setup is finalized. These planned practices are not active today.

Contact messages

If you contact us by email, your email address and message are used to respond and address your request. Email is forwarded by Namecheap to our Gmail mailbox, operated by Google. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive information. Contact us at contact@treadmilltopace.com.

Information choices and requests

We do not maintain calculator-input histories or user accounts. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about personal data, contact us using the Contact page. We may need to verify a request, and rights can be subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell calculator inputs or share them for behavioral advertising in the current version. We do not use analytics or advertising scripts to respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Children and international visitors

The calculator is a general-audience tool and does not offer children's accounts or intentionally request personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Hosting or email providers may process technical or contact information outside your country.

Changes

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. New accounts, analytics, or advertising would require a new review of this notice and relevant controls.
